Are you using a PAC code from a non-Sky network?

Is you Sky SIM activated (with a new number?) - if so, call Sky on 150 and see if they can apply the PAC for you.  (Bear in mind that transfers do not occur at weekends)

 

(Assuming your PAC is still valid as they are only active for a limited period)

My eSIM is active on my phone with the same number,  same Vodafone network provider. I'd like to switch from Vodafone to Sky, but I'm having trouble making the switch online. thanks!!!
