Can’t view my device

I brought the new iPhone with sky, but can't see the device on my products. Can anyone help with this? I've tried everything.

Hi @Harvs101  that normally happens when the new device has somehow been allocated to a different account, have you ever had another account with sky or used a different email ? You will need to call sky on 150 so they can help locate the device and which account it's on.
