Activating sim

I have binned my old SIM card and I am currently trying to activate and old SIM card but I can't because I can't reveice a text to confirm my details

How old is the SIM card as you only have 30 days to activate it before it is automatically cancelled so if it has been longer than that you will need to order a new one from here:
