Then, in that case you need to contact Sky who may suggest sending you a new SIM card in case yours has developed a fault. It would only be posted to the account holders home address.

Re: Network signal down
Do any mast issues show here for you:
https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/mobile
If not then you will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page to their sites or via the messaging service here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/replacement-sim
Or to get in touch with Sky go to the bottom of the above link select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Network signal down
Its worth mentioning that Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts, so you and others in your area are waiting for a third party repair.

Re: No phone signal
Thanks for the reply!
It's not working anywhere. I only noticed this morning. Was working yesterday though. Any ideas?

Re: Network signal down
Yeah fair one
However I've just driven 4 hours down to Cornwall and I didn't pick up anything on the way down. Must have passed several masts on the journey
