Hi I've received an iPad with new SIM card there isn't an option on my account to activate the new sim, I have 3 other sims but not the new one as an option

I think I've got the lowest data sim as it's only for my daughter to use. I just thought with it coming with a sim I'd have an option to activate it? Should I make a new log in for it?
