Activating SIM card

I didn't activate my SIM card when I got my new phone and new contract as I still had time left on my old contract with Bt.  This has now come to an end and I'm trying to sort out a new sim but am unable to do it on line any help would be appreciated

How long have you had this sim acrd as you have 30 days to activate it before it is cancelled so if it has been more than this then you will need to order a new one:
