Activated new SIM but old phone still rings

I activated my new SIM (keeping existihg number from EE) but when someone calls me it's the old phone that still rings, not the new phone Had msg from Sky saying all updated but old phone still rings.

It might be worth contacting them so they can check the status of the number transfer as it might be that has not gone through completely despite them telling you it has.

Well, Sky have been pretty useless when speaking to them.  App says SIM activated but when sending txt get Error 38 and when trying to call says 'sorry, person is on another call'. 

 

Phone Sky 3 time and tried all their suggestions to be told may need to wait longer. It's been 4 days now
