Activated SIM, but Error Message When Trying To Keep Old Number

Hi, Activated a new Sky SIM for a new phone but after submitting the PAC had an error message saying there was trouble transferring the number from the old provider (O2). I clicked the button to try again but the only SIM showing on the next screen was a different one I have for a different device. Can you please help? Thanks

The Sky SIM is now activated, but when trying again to transfer the old number I keep getting the message "Sorry there's been a problem, we can't transfer your number at the moment, please try again"
