Action required on sky mobile delivery

I placed an order with sky mobile yesterday online signing all the credit agreements after that it said order was delayed and action was required. 
I rang sky who said that order would be cancelled and to re order I re ordered on the phone with sky 

and after 5 mins of signing the agreement my end it did the same saying action required 

I have rang again and they have put through the order for a 3rd time each time I have paid an upfront fee as well and the money has been coming out.. 

after putting through the order for a 3rd time they have told me not to sign the credit agreement to wait 24 hours before signing and this will ensure the order goes through 

 

does anyone know is this is true I still have all 3 orders in my account and 3 emails to say the orders have been placed 2 saying action required one saying sign agreement (witch Iv been told not to do just yet ) so I'm starting to worry a little

Hi, I was wondering if you had this sorted? I have a simliar issue, placed an order last night, got confirmation email and the contract through. Checked today to see if anything was posted and had a notification saying action required. I rang and they told me it says rejected despite having all the confirmation through, they're escalating it with the mobile team and supposedly I will hear back from them within the week. Hope you had a good outcome and had everything sorted, I'm guessing it could be a system issue due to all the new iphones coming out.

No wasn't sorted they actually owe me £108 as they tried to put it through 3 times it's been a week now and no refund. 

I ended up not doing it through them got the phone through EE sim free and put my sky sim inside. As I was just being past around with no real answer.

oof that sucks, sorry you went through that. Hopefully I can get an answer as I'm after some airpods so don't really know if anywhere else does them on credit. thanks for replying and hope they refund you asap!

Same thing happened to me yesterday when I ordered airpods signed the agreement and on the app said action required.  Been escalated and should hear back soon

Still nothing

 

It's an error on Skys part as I passed credit check and signed agreement . I haven't heard back from the escalation team. But I hope they are removing the hard credit search due to their error

Hey! I had a call yesterday, the guy said how maybe my address was down wrong and that he would remove the purchase and I should try again in a few days, I don't know why I didn't ask them to try and put it through whilst on the phone. So I guess I'll do that and see what happens. It shouldn't be this hard to order something

I've ordered an Iphone a week prior no issues.  No change of address but i'll wait to see what they say. 

 

You should ask them to remove the credit check because if you try again in a few days it will add another to your credit file.
