Still no signal
I purchased the new I phone and activated my sim on 4th December and it's still showing no signal and a satellite. Apparently the phone mast is down in my area but is this normal? I have never had this with any other company? I'm paying a lot of money to have this phone and can't use it

Hi yes I have travelled out of my home area and apparently a mast is down.. doesn't seem quite right don't you think?

When masts need a repair it is not Sky that will carry out this work
ad it is owned by someone else who will be the ones to carry out the repair.
Once it has been fixed and your service is restored you can speak to Sky about having a credit added to your account for the number of days you have had no service.

It will depend how far you have travelled @Emily200 as once you are some distance from home you should switch to a different mast and connect.
