Account restriction

Everytime I try to start an upgrade on my phone on MYSKY app it tells me my account is restricted, my payments are all up to date. When I reinstate my account it does nothing. This has been like this for a month and unsure how to fix it.

Can you view your bill or do you see the same restricted message ?

I would call Sky on 150 and let them know about this restricted issue and ask them to place this upgrade order for you.
