Account number not being accepted

my account number is not getting accepted when I am trying to log into my sky id, I know this is the right numbers because it has taken payment out of my account. Any help would be appreciated

What is it that you are trying to do as you don't usually have to provide an account number to login to your Sky account so are you trying to set up an account or perhaps to link your mobile account to your Sky ID ?

I have just made my first purchase with sky and was trying to set up my sky id. I only have one bank account and the money has been taken out so it know it's the right card.

Have you set up your payment method as your card or as a direct debit, if the formeer then you need to supply your card details while if it is the direct debit then you need to use your bank account number.
