Sim not working and data not showing on mobile account

Hi all

I have three sims on one account for the family and recently the latest sim stopped working. Calls in and out failed saying it was on a call, messages stopped and all three sims showed no data on the account although the other two worked. 
I have spent hours with advisors going through the motions and after failing all have promised an answer in 4 days but no contact was received. 
I was swapped to an e-sim but that did not work either now both sims don't work. 
Has anyone any answers on how to get past the brick wall call centres and find out what is going on.

Did they suggest trying a replacement physical sim to try in your phone ?

Yes, they think it is a problem with the account and is with technical help but I have heard nothing for over a week.

I also swapped over to other phones and the problem followed the sim.
