Account management

When I click on 'manage' on my sky mobile account it reverts me back to the phones page. It's been this way for about a year, I have deleted and reinstalled the MySky app, tried different devices, everything and nothing has worked.  It shows as it is a linked account, but no mobile bill shown anywhere.

So after 53mins to the call centre and 7 different departments I'm no better off than when I started! Seems like easiest way is to cancel!

Mobile Account Management page redirect

Hi, 

 

Whenever I try and access https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile I am getting redirected to https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/ 

 

I have tried different phones and browsers, different computers, the sky app and always get redirected. I have cleared the cache as well, and still no better.  I urgently need to access the account to change the spend cap.

 

I can see this has been raised before but appears to be no resolution.  Can anyone help please?
