Hi, my phone contract is up this month, after 24 months, but sky are saying the sim is a 30 month contract, is this right. ?

What this means is that after 24 months if you want you can swap the phone for a different one without having to actually pay the remainder of the contract off because the value of the phone itself will be used to pay it off.

As long as you've had the SIM for 12 months then you can cancel that.
As above, a Swap24 contract is actually 36 months. (The 24 is referring to the normal point you'd consider a 'swap')
After paying for 36 months then you own the device completely and cannot swap it.
