Accessing new phone info

Evening all

I'm thinking about upgrading my phone (iPhone 14).  However every time I access the mobile website I am unable to access any details, all I get is a screen saying along the lines of  we can't process your request on line at the moment.  This has been happening for quite a while now, and it is annoying me!  I want to do some comparisons.  All my bills are up to date, my two year contract has ended, although obviously I'm still paying for my current phone.

Does anyone know what the problem is?  I'm sure I can call direct but until I know what I want I don't want to talk to anyone really.

Nobody here is going to be able what is causing this error so calling via 150 is all that you can do.
