Abroad

Why can't I make calls when abroad, setting are exactly the same as my partners but my phone won't  ring out

Is your phone set to Abroad:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad.


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

 

If so what is happening when you try to make a call ?
