About my order

Hi. 1 week ago i order a mobile from your sky shop. But after few houe i got a eamil about my order is canceled. After that last monday again i place my order and i got email in 1 week my orderd will be dilivered. When i chekd in track my order its shoing there my both orderd. Can you chek and message me when i am geting my ordered

As we are customers here you will need to call Sky about this as usually if you are sent a order cancelled email it is because you have failed a credit check.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
