ACCOUNT NAME CHANGE

I need to change the name on my account, as it was set up with a middle name, not my first name. This is affecting my credit score, i've been paying bills to sky for 9 years and it not being reflected on my credit score. I have called sky numerous times just to be told that they can't do anything. If this can't be solved I will just leave sky as it is ridiculous i've spent hours on help lines, sent numerous emails and not had any help.

@Bburdis what you have been told is correct the only exceptions are change in name by marriage or deedpole , or incorrect spelling

i doubt that you will be able to argue using incorrect spelling if your middle name is spelled correctly
