A Purchase I made

My Daughter was helping me to order a new phone and watch, It would not let her use my 50GB from piggybank and also didnt come with a option to claim the watch. Please can you help me sort this.

With regards to using piggybank data thats not something the community can help with, if the order has been completed already I doubt Sky will allow any piggybank data to be used retrospectively, it's been a while since Sky allowed exces data to be used as part of the purchase.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I believe the current Piggybank offer is 50GB for a total reduction in price of £10. But as stated above if you've already placed the order it won't be able to be used retrospectively. 

Don't forget if you cancel that order and try again further credit checks would be undertaken.
