claim of owing money to Sky Mobile

Jan.2025 unhappy with Sky Mobile, left with confirmation emails of £0 balance and changed provider. All ok.

By March CCSCollect started harradhing me about an amount over £80 claimed to be owed by me?

Took this to CEDR, resolution of Cisas was done and closed with £0 outcome.

Aug2025, letters and phone calls from CCSCollect started again.

Not sure what else to do. Only that my health isdies have aggravated now.

Have you actually spoken to CCS Collect again? That should be your first action imo. If you have what have they said.

Did. Already in Feb and March. Matter went through Cisas and it was closed with £0 balance. In Aug CCS letter claim received again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
