5g
Hi,
I switched phones from sky to sky & now have NO 5G or no calls in or out?

For 5G you need to activate this via your account.
What do you mean you swapped from Sky to Sky, are you using a new Sky sim and if so have you activated it ?

You should be able the 5G add on via your account here:
https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/plan-data-settings

It seems sky havnt activated my 5G, so cannot make calls or receive.
no internet either when not at home
