5g issues

Got a new phone Google pixel 9a and it won't connect to 5g. I have been through all the trouble shooting guides. The phone is compatible I have 5g I've turned on and off Virtual assistant is useless I can't get to speak to anyone,not even a live chat..... Any ideas? Thanks

Do you have the 5G add-on applied to your SIM?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes - and the phone has been set up for 5G I have done all the rouble shooting that it suggests.

 

I managed to speak to three people on Sat - all who kept saying the broadband is working fine!!! - Its not the broadband it the connecting of 5G outside of my home thats an issue 

 I thought I finally managed to speak with someone who understod this , said he would get the tech guys to look into it further guess what their report said....

 

No issue with my broadband!

 

Never had an issue with SKy but this is seriously winding me up, you cant email anyone or waste your lie being passed from one numpty to another
