My mobile isn't calling out or able to get 5G or internet access , this has been for several days now ,

If not then you will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at the bottom to their sites.

I have just joined Sky. I wish to retai my old number. They gave a new no. Temporarily but I want my old one  back. I find it nigh on impossible to get the correct aid from Sky site/phone. Aid

You need a PAC from your previous provider.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-keep-your-number

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
