5G

I ve  got an iPhone with a SIM card which I upgraded with 5G but I never get it and the 5 G coverage in my area is quite good. It has been a few months I m paying for it and nothing.

Ok thanks for your reply 

but unfortunately I never received the 5G even sometimes it's on 3G and my wife s phone which is the same device but with contract she always gets it so why not me ?

I have exactly the same problem. My wife and I have identical Motorola 20 edge pro. I'm on O2 and she is on sky. I activated the 5g add on months ago, but recently she mentioned that she never gets 5g. I checked settings on her phone and everything is the same, except that under preferred network, hers has no option for 5g.

I have just found out that I have a iPhone 11 and they don't get 5 g it starts from iPhone 12 unfortunately
