Hi Sky, I've just upgraded to a new Google Pixel 7 and now I get no 5G signal where it has worked on my previous phones. Nothing else has changed and I've checked all the settings and everything is enabled as it should be. Any ideas?
Also any idea when we will get eSim support? It's 2022 and still can't enable it.

Getting software updates from sky for a non sky phone has proved difficult in the past.
Still no indication on esim support from sky.

None of my other phones came from sky either and they worked fine on 5G. That can't be the answer.

I'm currently receiving 5G on sky mobile Pixel 7 Pro.
I'm on the latest beta software by Google.

Already switched to Three where it works fine. Couldn't wait for Sky to figure it out.

My 5g has also started working on my Pixel 7 Pro. I am also running android 13 beta. All I need now is WiFi calling.

Having the thing work and able to receive/make calls in the US would be nice too !! Hardly a huge task for you to enable voLTE for it on your software is it SKY ?!? Another one leaving unless you sort this asap.
