My 3G doesn't work on iPhone 13 pro max. 4G and 5G are fine, but it doesn't work on 3G even when my phone has full bars on 3G. It happens in multiple different areas. I've reset my net work settings, deleted the profile and reinstalled the net work settings and had a new sim sent. I've complain numerous times, but nobody calls me back and I can't be put through o the department to help as they do t take incoming calls!!!!!!! Getting very annoyed now.

Mines the same. iPhone 13 mini. Works fine on 4g & 5g but nothing on 3G. No incoming calls nothing

I ended up complaining and they let me out of my sim contract. It's fine now on Vodafone.

I had this issue. All web pages on 3G on my iPhone 16 would just timeout.
I selected "Request network settings" in My Sky and I got a text. I clicked the link in the text (use Safari, not Firefox) and it downloaded a file and said I had to go to settings to enable the new profile. In the Settings app at the front page it says I have a new profile to review. Once accepted this profile ends up on the VPN page and includes some new root SSL certificates. Now it works fine.
My guess is this is related to compression they do over 3G which they don't do on 5G. So if you're not talking to the Sky/O2 proxy server, it won't work. Doing Request Network Settings fixed it for me.
