3 months ago I had trouble with sky sim not working even tho I always have loads of data and as I am not on the Internet for half the week I rely on my data so no data phone or text for 3 days in August and now it's happened again. I have to take sim out and turn mobile off then turn both on again to get sim working for a short time (like now) when I told sky in August I also asked for a new sim (thinking that was the problem) but sim was never sent by sky and the next day everything was honky dory and has been til last week.

If you can't order a replacement sim via your account here:

 

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/replacement-sim

 

Then as you did before you will need to contact Sky about this.
