Cannot Register on Mobile Network
I've activated my sim card but I can't register on the SKY mobile network. It keeps saying try again later and online I'm being redicated to the site but noting shows up

I'm not quite following what is happening.
Can you not access your online Sky account or does the sim not connect to
the Sky network ?
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Apologies so here goes.
I am keeping my existing number, activated the new SIM, got a text to say mobile number transfered. Put sim in phone, no network. Have manually added on the phone settings SKI network, being told network not available. Went online to Mobile Coverage Checker and I see it us saying SKy cannot be identified. Have I signed up yo a mobile service that isn't available in my area????

Got the same issue mine wont register to network............emergency calls only!!!!!!!

@Gary146 did you check the Comm Reg site also to see if there was coverage in your area? I've tried to contact SKY but I've had my first introduction to their Customer Services Bots and tele service.....
it's painful..

@Gary146 I got it sorted, You need to go to your Settings, Connextions, Mobile Networks, Access Point Names and add;
Name = SKY
APN = mobile.sky
Save
Then make sure you have selected sky on the APN screen before closing out.
That sorted it out for me.
