Help! I upgraded my mobile last week and have spent all wknd trying to setup the sim and 5g! Sky sent me two new sims with the new phone and one of those is coming up as my old number. My old sim isn't working now and the third they've sent me I have no idea what it's for! I've spent the last 2 hrs on to a chat with Cynthia at sky who seemed to have no idea also. She told me to use my old sim which has not network connection now. The new sim displays 4g and comes up with my phone number but it shoudl be 5g and the new data i applied for. After speaking to Cynthia I have my old data and now a 5g add on? Will I be charged for the 5gb data I applied for and the 2 gb old data going forward? Its more confused and a muddle after speaking to sky! 🤦🏻♀️

Are you a current Sky Mobile customer than already has one or two sims, if so you can use these in yur new device(s).
