I can't link my sky id to my mobile account to activate my new sim. The quesstions

I can't link my sky id to my mobile account to activate my new sim. The quesstions Keep going round in circles asking me to link my account and then that the account is linked and then if I go to sim activation that I need to link my account! Very frustrating

You have two choices here, if you have access to another phone you could call Sky to ask them to activate it.

 

Or for the linking issue only we can alert Sky's messaging team for you who will then contact you via here tomorrow regarding this issue so let us know what you prefer ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Hi, I'm trying to help my mum with this and your response wasn't while I was with her. Can you please give instructions on what I need to do as again I probably won't be with her

It is going to be difficult to do this as the chat team on here can only help the account holder so is that you or your mother ?
