2 new contract orders, only one showing up on my account devices and billing

I ordered 2 devices via a long term contract on Saturday 19th July. An iPad and an iPhone 16 pro max.

 

I have received confirmation and delivery dates for both devices, however on my account only the iPad is showing up, which is an issue for me incase I need to change billing options or data plans ect. 

I was signed in with the same SkyID for both purchases.

 

How do I get the iPhone to appear on my account? 

I did try there link account option in the email is gives but it tells me linking has already been complete.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

You'll need to contact Sky directly - no one here can give you an update.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
