When I am on a call, I am unable to use my internet data

Whenever I am on a phonecall, I am unable to use my internet data. I can only access the internet if I also have a wifi connection which isn't ideal.

Is this a thing with Sky Mobile? Or a glitch? If it's a thing, I wish I had of known before changing over.

I am using an iPhone 16 pro. The same is also happening for my husband who is using an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
