Data Usage

In 3 hours I apparently used 5gb of data yet hardly used my phone and in 4 days I've used 16gb through rolling data, again hardly using my phone why is this it doesn't seem right

Are you new to Sky mobile because if you are when you first activate the sim the data allowance you are  given is based on the number of days before it resets which is your billing date. After it does reset you will see the full allowance each month.

Hi @Kellymf0910  also check your phone data monitor to see what it says is using the data.

Id love that! I was told that I used 4.7 TB!!! in two weeks. Even if it was on netflix 24/7 I couldn't use that much data! Lol. Apparently it's a software glitch!
