14 Days of NO SERVICE

Sky Mobile have been "trying" to resolve my issue of no signal/texts/calls/data for the last 2 weeks without a solution.

I have called them from landlines, done web chats & thoroughly exhausted all options of getting this mobile back on line!!!!

They have eventually sent a new SIM card only for this to not work either. E sim does not connect & all "experts" don't listen to my issue or try and fix my solution, just go through trouble shootings again.......

Bought a PAYG SIM card today and it works!!! Cost me more money & I have a different number but the phone works!!!! 
This part of Sky is the worst I've ever encountered, with arrogant experts who think they can fix the problems though can never be contacted again when it's still broken! 
Very angry, frustrated & looking at closing 4 accounts due to incompetence 🤬

Without phone for texts/calls/data Since 20th March 2025…….

Still not able to use my phone on my number.....

This started on 20th March 2025.

Been speaking to NUMEROUS people who CANNOT FIX my issue & now apparently now the BACKEND TEAM are looking into my issue though this was 2 WEEKS AGO!!!!!

 

Angry, very frustrated, disappointed & totally lost any trust in Sky.......

Thank you & yes.

 

I have chased them for the last 2 weeks & were told they would get back in touch yesterday as that was when the team were supposed to be updating the situation.

 

As usual nothing from Sky and still paying for something that's useless

Once it's eventually sorted I suggest you call Sky and see if they'll apply a credit to your account for the time you've been without service.
