Network change over
Hi,
I joined sky on Monday and put in a new SIM card. I have request a number change as I was with Vodafone. It's been 3 days although my number has been changed on my account, I still have no service. No network, no one can call me, no mobile data it's been 3 days so I need my phone. I have no way for school to contact me ect

If Sky has told you that your number has transfered have you checked that your mobile itself is now showing the correct number:
If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
If it is an Android phone go to About Phone > My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone. Also in text settings change the chat function to automatic. Make sure your current number is ticked and the temporary one isn't.
