I am trying to watch live TV on sky go and every time I try to watch a TV station a message comes up saying "because of a technical issue you cannot watch this channel please try later ". I have no problem with my Wi-Fi or Internet connection and this has been going all night when will this be resolved?

As yours is the only such post this morning, that strongly suggests a local issue.
As a start, have you rebooted both your internet router and main Sky box (if applicable) ?
