skygo app not working error message please upgrade your subscription

skygo not working. Can access sky sports but nothing else. Will not download or let me watch live tv. Error message   to enjoy this service please upgrade your subscription.     do not know what to upgrade to, already have whole home

Can you not access channels like Sky Witness or Sky Max on 107 and 113 ?

i am on the essential package....tried to upgrade to the ultimate package but nothing on the website about the ultimate package    I thought the whole home package included skygo

@roisin58 It does, but it will only play the channels you subscribe to and Essentials doesn't include Sky Max or Sky Witness channels.

You may be able to upgrade here https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs otherwise you may need to phone Sky to go from Essentials to Ultimate.

went on to the website but there is no option to up grade to sky ultimate

the web site does state that included with whole home is    Unlock Sky Go Extra and Stream on up to four devices at once, including your gaming console.

not sure if it makes a difference but I am in Ireland

The only one that works on skygo is sky sports

I rang sky for the 6th time. To access skygo I have to upgrade to the ultimate package. 36 euro a month

So I cancelled whole home as there is no point in having this.

Has anyone else in Ireland had these problems
