skyGo crashing

I am Running W10 and Skygo cheashes immediatly after checking for updates. I have removed and re-installed, deleting all sky and cisco folders and it still crashes

Could it be that you have something running in the background that is causing this ?

Possibly, but it used to work. I cant see what might be different
