I cancelled my old sky account, and then a few weeks later sorted a new package with Sky Stream, Sky
TV, broadband etc. I've tried to sort out my Sky go account, but whenever I log in on the app it keeps saying I need to upgrade my subscription. I have a feeling that the Sky Go is picking up my old account and somehow can't acknowledge that I have a new account and that I should have access to all these features. Please can anyone advise?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreLog out of Sky Go as you will need to setup a new account to use with it.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
