sky q wont reactivate sky go

my sky go hasnt been working for 2 weeks now phoned up getting passed pillar to post with every excuse under the sun.... 

then on sunday a lovely guy told me to reactivate it through settings on the q box after resetting the box and everything he told me to do it will not reactivate so still no sky go

If you forget about Sky Q, when you go to use the Sky Go what is happening, if you see an error message what does it say ?

it says due to a technical error you cannot watch this chanel .... please try again later it has now been 3 weeks and nothing is working every solution ive been told or seen online just doesnt work .... i got a skyq mini and tries to reactiveate it again and the sky go has now gone from x to tick but sky go still saying the same on every device
