Yes I've got the same issue. Been on to sky numerous times. Apparently they have escalated my case but it was supposed to be sorted by today. Now on the phone to them again, been an hour already with no joy.
There is no error message. Just says unavailable on the channels and the recordings tab has disappeared completely. not the internet as boxes are fine and ok on a phone
