i had to de register my mobile , ive downloaded sky go again and logged in and can watch catchip but get an erroe messae unknown erroe when i try to look at the tv guide to watch live tv

Is the app connected to your Sky Q box, if so go inti the settings on the app and turn the connection off then see what happens.
