Netflix was hacked. I reset my password but now Netflix says I have no account

I had an email to say that my Netflix had been hacked and to reset the password, which I did.Since then I have tried to log in on my Ipad and my iphone and it says I have to finish my account set up. I have followed the steps to sign out and resign back in but it comes back to the same issue. Netflix have told me I do not have an account with them and to speak to Sky. I am abroad so cannot log into my tv to sort this. Can anyone please help as I am stuck how to resolve it.

That sounds like phishing, are you 100% sure the email was legit, as this is a well know method to obtain peoples login details 😞

How did you reset the password, did you use the link in the email ?

Hi no I logged into my Netflix account but not via the link. I've now spoken to sky who have said they'll remove my Netflix and add it back to my account over the next few days.
