sky go on windows 7 issue

om my laptop which is windows 7. skygo needed updating, but now it has updated will not work.

Windows 7 is no longer supported as you can read about here:

You will now need Windows 10 or 11.

Microsoft themselves ceased supporting Windows 7 more than four years ago (on 14th January 2020)

 

It really shouldn't be permitted near an internet connection.
