In order to ensure that we are able to provide the best possible experience whilst using Sky Go, from time to time we have to look at stopping support for older operating system versions. For Sky Go Desktop, we will no longer be supporting Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. We are currently in the process of updating the app and Sky.com pages to reflect this change.
If you are using this operating system version, we recommend updating it to the latest possible version if you wish to continue Sky Go. Alternatively, Sky Go is available on other platforms, which can be found
here.
