sky go not working. error message asks for subscription upgrade

sky does not work for sports programmes. error message says " please upgrade your subscription ". but i already subscribe to sky sports

Are you new to Sky or a returning customer who has been away for 12 months or more ?

Has this issue just started or have yo recently subscribed to Sky Sports ?

I have been a sky customer with the sports package for 23 years. It seems that only the football is a problem. Snooker and sky news work- European football causes the subscription upgrade demand

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
