Sky go still not working on my MAC Book air 2017 running 10.13.6

Tried all solutions from previous threads nut no solutions

any help appreciated

That's an antique operating system and long out of support by Apple themselves.

The minimum for Sky Go is now macOS 11

I forget the specifics of how Apple did things back then, but it's generally an install in place rather than an 'update' to move between versions: you may now struggle to find an installer for that vintage of release though . There will undoubtedly be tutorials online.

I believe the 2017 Air hardware officially supports up to macOS12.
