how do I block someone from using my skygo

I let my kids dad's cousin use my skygo and said she can use it over Xmas and then I said she can use it till end of January and I've messaged her and told her she needs to stop using it as her times up she said she isn't using it which is a lie cos her and her bloke are the only ones using a PlayStation to watch it can I block them from using skygo

Try this:

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off, this might not stop them straight away but it will over a day or so.

It should do @Parj so if you follow it step by step then within a few days whoever you want to stop will be blocked.

Hi, i removed SKY GO as someone was using it, however now I  cannot acess manage my devices via my iphone is there a way to add SKY GO back onto my list of apps.

Not qute sure what you mean, just log back into Sky Go if you haven't done this yet.
