I can't access BT sports channels on any of my devices on sky go . I can get all other channels ok . I pay for the service to Sky via my BT contract ( BT sport is now owned by TNT but it hasn't worked since before then ) I only use sky go a few times a year so perhaps that is the problem . I have had this problem a year ago and a supeuser flagged it toi Sky who reset it ok . I am pretty annoyed thatr this keeps happening . All the usual attempts at reloading sky go etc etc don't work . Agh !!!

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
